Using NurseSend

A walkthrough of the logged-in NurseSend workflow: filter, reveal contacts, bulk select, save into lists, export to CSV, and manage your account. Every screenshot is captured live from the production product using a Pro account.

Where You Land After Login

Sign in at nursesend.com/login. You land directly on the Search workspace — the full 1,048,496-contact database, with no filters applied. Three regions: filters on the left, toolbar across the top, results in the middle.

  1. Log in at /login/ with your email and password.
  2. You land on /search/ — the main workspace.
  3. Top nav: Search · Requests · Account · Log out.
  4. Left rail: filter categories (Keywords, Location, Job Title, Company, Specialty, Education, Years of Experience).
  5. Toolbar: Select Page, Select All, total result count, sort, My Lists, Export.
  6. Each result card has Reveal Email / Reveal Phone / View Profile actions.

Filtering by State

Click "All States" in the Location filter to open the state picker. Type-to-search supports both US states and Canadian provinces, and multiple states can be selected at once.

  1. Click "All States" in the Location filter.
  2. Type to filter the list (e.g. "California") or scroll.
  3. Click a state to add it as a filter; click again to remove.
  4. The dropdown closes automatically once a state is selected.

Combining Multiple Filters

Filters stack: state, specialty, job title, education, years of experience. Each filter narrows what is available in the others. The result count updates live in the toolbar — here, the California filter alone takes the dataset from 1,048,496 to 92,292 contacts.

  1. Apply Location → California, then click a Specialty chip (e.g. "Nurses").
  2. Across-filter logic is AND; within a filter (multiple states) it is OR.
  3. Each result card shows name, credentials, employer, location.
  4. Click "Clear" in the filter panel header to reset all filters at once.

Revealing Email and Phone

Click Reveal Email or Reveal Phone on a card to expose the contact info. One credit per reveal. The first card here shows revealed values (khou@amr.net / 14159922173) — once revealed, those stay visible permanently on your account.

  1. Click Reveal Email — the button is replaced with the actual email address.
  2. Click Reveal Phone — same pattern for phone numbers.
  3. One credit deducted per reveal (Email and Phone are separate reveals).
  4. Revealed contact persists across sessions — bookmark / save not required.

Bulk Selection and Export

Select Page checks all 25 visible profiles; Select All extends across the entire result set (subject to plan limits). After selecting, the toolbar swaps in bulk-action buttons: "Add to List (N)" and "Export (N)". Export downloads a CSV immediately — name, role, credentials, employer, location, and revealed contact info.

  1. Click "Select Page" to check 25 visible profiles, or "Select All" for the full result set.
  2. Toolbar swaps from "My Lists / Export" to "Add to List (N) / Export (N)".
  3. Click "Export (N)" — CSV downloads instantly with the selected contacts.
  4. Click "Deselect Page" to clear the selection.

Adding Profiles to a List

Lists group profiles for organized outreach. The Add-to-List modal lets you pick an existing list or create a new one inline. Essential plans hold up to 1,000 contacts per list; Pro is unlimited.

  1. With profiles selected, click "Add to List (N)".
  2. Modal opens with "Choose a list" dropdown — pick existing or "+ Create new list".
  3. When creating new, the dropdown reveals the "List name" input.
  4. Click "Add to List" inside the modal to save the selection to the list.

My Lists Popover

Click "My Lists" in the toolbar (without a selection) to see all your saved lists. Each list shows its name and current contact count. The download icon on each row exports that list directly to CSV without opening it.

  1. Click "My Lists" in the search toolbar.
  2. Popover lists every saved list with its contact count.
  3. Download icon → instant CSV export.
  4. The "x" beside each list deletes it (with confirmation).

Opening a List

Click a list name in the popover to scope the search workspace to just that list. All toolbar actions (select, reveal, export, remove) then operate on the filtered set.

  1. Click a list name in the My Lists popover.
  2. Workspace now shows only those profiles.
  3. Run further operations: bulk reveal, export, or remove from list.
  4. Click Search in the top nav to return to the full database.

Full Profile Page

Clicking View Profile opens the dedicated profile page. Logged-in Pro users see the full record: identity, credentials, revealed contact info, bio, an overview grid (level, function, experience, tenure, connections), full work history, and education.

  1. Click "View Profile" on any result card.
  2. Identity panel: name, role, credential chips, location, current employer.
  3. Contact row: revealed email + phone with copy buttons, plus LinkedIn link.
  4. Overview grid: 6 quick stats including experience and tenure.
  5. Work History and Education sections below.

Account Dashboard

Account page summarizes everything: subscription status (Pro Active badge), list counts, contacts in lists, saved searches, and your profile. Manage Billing opens the Stripe customer portal.

  1. Subscription panel: current tier and Manage Billing button.
  2. Quick Actions: shortcuts to Search Contacts, My Lists, Saved Searches, Browse Directory.
  3. Stats: total lists, contacts in lists, saved searches.
  4. Account Details: email, name, member-since date, change password form.

Custom List Requests

The Requests page lets you submit a request for a custom-built contact list when standard filters cannot express what you need (e.g. "Spanish-speaking PICU nurses in California with 5+ years travel experience").

  1. Open /requests/ from the top nav.
  2. Describe the segment you need; submit.
  3. Turnaround is typically 24-72 hours.
  4. Completed requests appear as new lists in My Lists.
