Search for candidates

The whole search lives on one screen — filters on the left, matching nurses on the right, updating live. Here is a full pass: city, radius, roles, and unlocking contact info.

In Location, type a city and pick it from the suggestions, then open Radius and widen out — 10, 25, 50 miles — to pull in the whole metro.
Add roles in Job Title. Tags stack as an OR, so a second title widens the pool; put a minus in front to exclude (e.g. -travel).
Flip on Has Phone to only show nurses you can actually call.
On any card, hit Reveal Email or Reveal Phone to unlock their verified contact details.

Tip: Watch the count at the top — it updates live as you stack filters, so you can see each choice widen or narrow the pool.

Create a list

Save the nurses that matched as a pipeline instead of tracking them in a spreadsheet.

Click Select All to grab every nurse that matched your search.
Click Add to List.
Choose Create new list, give it a name, and confirm — the whole group is saved at once.

Tip: Lists dedupe automatically, so you can pour several searches into the same one without doubling anyone up.

Open a full profile

Before you reach out, open a candidate’s full profile for their background and a little market context.

Click View Profile on any card.
Review their work history, specialties, education, and market context all in one place.
Use Back to Search to return to your results.

Tip: The profile is the fastest way to qualify a nurse before you spend a reveal or pick up the phone.

Run a fresh search

Start a brand-new search without your old filters getting in the way.

Clear your filters, or start a new search, to reset the workspace.
Enter a new city and role — here, registered nurses in a different metro.
Your results refresh instantly for the new criteria.

Tip: Run each role as its own search, then feed them all into one shared list.

Add to an existing list

Drop a new batch of nurses into a pipeline you already started.

Click Select All on the new results.
Click Add to List and pick your existing pipeline instead of creating a new one.
Confirm — the new nurses are added, and anyone already on the list is skipped automatically.

Tip: This is how you build one big pipeline out of several separate searches.

Export to CSV

Take a finished list into a spreadsheet with every name, title, email, and phone number.

Open My Lists and choose the pipeline you built.
Click Export.
Optionally filter to only phone numbers or only emails, then download the CSV.

Tip: Export “phone only” for a call day and “email only” for a sequencing day — same list, two working files.

Big searches & export limits

When a search returns tens of thousands of nurses, you can still export them — just not all at once. You narrow the field to fit.

Run a broad search — here, every registered nurse is over three hundred thousand people.
Click Select All, then Export. On the Pro plan each export is capped at 2,500 contacts.
To fit under the cap, narrow the pool — add a city, an experience range, a specialty, or keywords.
Keep layering filters until the field is small enough to pull in a single export.

Tip: The order doesn’t matter — stack whatever filters get you to a focused list you can export in one go.

Open Requests from the top navigation.
Describe what you’re after — the specialty, the location, and how many candidates you need.
Submit the request. Each delivered lead uses one sourcing credit.
Our researchers dig manually, beyond the self-serve platform, and hand back a larger set of verified candidates and a bigger export.

Tip: Use sourcing requests for high-volume or hard-to-fill roles where you want more reach than a single export allows.
